Ingredients

5 tbsp canola oil, divided

2 (8.8 oz) pkgs Nature's Promise ® Precooked Jasmine Rice
>
1 lb ground pork
>
2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
>
1 tbsp minced garlic
>
1/4 cup olive oil
>
2 tbsp fresh lime juice (from about 2 limes)
>
1 tsp honey
>
2 tsp fish sauce (optiona)
>
1 (10 oz) pkg shredded red cabbage
>
1/4 cup chopped green onions and/or cilantro leaves (optional)

In a 12-inch skillet, heat 2 tbsp canola oil on medium-high. Test oil with a grain of rice. When oil sizzles, sprinkle the rice in an even layer in the skillet. Cook 6–7 min., until rice is golden on the bottom. Drizzle 1 tbsp canola oil around edge of skillet. Using a spatula, flip rice over. Drizzle 1 tbsp canola oil around edge of skillet. Cook 5 min. more, until rice is golden on bottom. Transfer rice to a plate and season with salt and pepper. Let cool.

In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tbsp canola oil on medium. Add the pork, ginger, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 6–8 min., until pork is browned and cooked through, breaking meat up with a wooden spoon.

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, and fish sauce, if using. Season with salt and pepper. Add the carrots and cabbage and toss. Break up rice and add to bowl. Fold in the pork and serve immediately, garnishing with the green onions and/ or cilantro, if using
