Crunchy Roasted Parmesan Broccoli

> 1 (32 oz) bag broccoli florets
> 3 tbsp olive oil
> 1 tbsp garlic
> 1 tsp kosher salt
> 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
> 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs


Preheat oven to 400 F.
Spread broccoli florets out onto an even layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Gently toss the broccoli on the sheet pan to coat with oil.
Cook the broccoli in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Return to oven and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until bread crumbs are browned and cheese is melted.
