Cucumber Lemon Kombucha Mocktail

This delicious tonic tastes like a slightly sparkling lemonade. Add strawberries or raspberries to take this mocktail to the next level.

> 1 small cucumber
> 2 lemons
> 1 orange
> 1 tsp honey
> 2 tbsp mint leaves
> 1 (16 oz) bottle Kombucha


Thinly slice the cucumber and squeeze juice from the lemons and orange. To a cocktail shaker, add cucumber and honey. Tear up the mint leaves and add to shaker. With muddler or rounded end of wooden spoon, mash cucumbers and mint. Add lemon juice, orange juice, and 1 cup ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain mixture into 2 tall cocktail glasses filled with ice. Top off with the kombucha.


Garnish with more cucumber and mint for a special touch.
