Spice up your tuna salad with a bit of curry paste in this twist on a classic.

> 1 (5 oz) can tuna in water
> ¼ cup light mayonnaise
> 2 tbsp curry paste
> ¼ red onion, finely diced
> 1 stalk celery, finely diced


Drain tuna and add to a bowl with mayonnaise and curry paste. Stir to combine, then fold in diced onion and celery. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper, to taste. Enjoy in a sandwich, on a salad, or spread on crackers.
