Ingredients

1 (5 oz) can tuna in water

¼ cup light mayonnaise

2 tbsp curry paste

¼ red onion, finely diced

1 stalk celery, finely diced

Drain tuna and add to a bowl with mayonnaise and curry paste. Stir to combine, then fold in diced onion and celery. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper, to taste. Enjoy in a sandwich, on a salad, or spread on crackers.
