> 1 Nature's Promise® Whole Rotisserie Chicken
> 1 (8.8 oz) pkg precooked Nature's Promise® Basmati Rice
> 1/2 (12 oz) pkg fresh mixed pepper strips
> 1/2 cup sweet-and-sour sauce
> Boston or butter lettuce leaves
For Serving (optional):
> Lime wedges
Remove skin and bones from the rotisserie chicken meat and shred. Heat the rice according to package directions.
In a medium pot, combine chicken, pepper strips, and sweet-and-sour sauce. Heat on medium 5 min., until warm, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, separate the lettuce leaves. To eat, spoon rice into lettuce cup, then top with chicken mixture. Serve with the limes and sriracha, if desired.
