Set grill to medium-high. Drain the horseradish well. In a large bowl, gently mix the beef, horseradish, garlic, mustard powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Divide into 4 mounds and shape each into ½-inch-thick patty.

Grill burgers 5–6 min. per side or until desired doneness. Serve on the rolls with garnishes.
