1/4 cup fat-free half & half or low-fat milk, plus more if needed

1/8 tsp cinnamon, plus more for garnish
>
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
>
1/2 cup Nature's Promise® Peanut Butter Lover's Trail Mix

Heat the quinoa in microwave according to package directions.

Divide quinoa between 2 bowls. Divide half & half and cinnamon between bowls and stir to combine, adding more half & half for a looser consistency if desired. Top with the blueberries and trail mix. Garnish with cinnamon and serve immediately.
