3/4 (16 oz) pkg spiral pasta, like fusilli or rotini

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

8 Vlasic Dill Pickle Spears + 1/3 cup pickle brine

1 large red bell pepper
>
1/4 cup chopped green onions

2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, plus more to garnish

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente. Drain and rinse under cool water.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and pickle brine until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop pickles. Halve the bell pepper. Remove seeds and finely dice.

To bowl, add cooked pasta, chopped pickles, bell pepper, green onions, and dill. Mix until combined. Refrigerate until serving. To serve, garnish with more dill.
