Ingredients

> 1 cup all-purpose flour
> 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
> 1 tsp baking powder
> 1/3 cup granulated sugar
> 1/2 tsp salt
> 1 cup milk
> 1/4 cup vegetable oil
> 1/4 cup chocolate chips
> 1/4 cup mini marshmallows

Steps

Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl until well blended.

Add the milk and vegetable oil and whisk until smooth. Divide batter between 4 mugs or ramekins.

Microwave each mug, one at a time for 60 seconds on high heat. Add a few marshmallows and chocolate chips on top and let cool at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before eating.
