1 (15.5 oz) can Nature's Promise® Organic Garbanzo Beans

1/2 cup olive oil

1 lemon
>
2 tbsp tahini
>
2 cloves garlic peeled
>
1/2 tbsp salt
>
1/2 tsp paprika
>
1 slice pita bread

Drain and rinse the beans and set in a large bowl or jar, setting aside 2 tbsp beans. Drizzle with ¼ cup olive oil, juice from 1 lemon, and tahini. Add garlic and salt and use an immersion blender to blend until smooth. Add more oil if needed. (A regular blender can be used as well.)

Pour hummus onto a plate and top with remaining ¼ cup olive oil, reserved beans, and paprika. Serve with pita bread.
