2 medium ripe bananas

2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

1 cup reduced-fat milk

1 cup reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt

1 (12 oz) bag frozen cherry berry medley, thawed

In a medium bowl, mash the bananas. Add the oats, milk, yogurt, and a pinch of salt and mix until well combined.

Divide oatmeal mixture among 4 (8 oz) jars. Divide the thawed cherry berry medley and any juice among jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
