Ingredients

1 (12 oz) tub whipped cream cheese

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 tsp garlic powder
>
1 tbsp sesame seeds
>
1 tbsp poppy seeds
>
2 tbsp chopped parsley
>
1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions
>
1 (4 oz) pkg smoked salmon

In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, yogurt, garlic powder, sesame and poppy seeds, parsley and scallions until well blended.

Finely chop the salmon and add to the bowl. Mix well. Serve with your favorite dippers!
