4 rectangular pre-baked flatbread crusts

1 (12 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Organic Fresh Vegetables Fajita Blend

1 lb sirloin steak

1 cup spicy marinara

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange the flatbreads on a baking sheet.

In a greased nonstick skillet, cook vegetables 5 min., until almost tender, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, thinly slice the steak and season with salt and pepper. Add steak to vegetables and cook 4 min., until browned, stirring occasionally.

Top each flatbread with ¼ cup marinara and a quarter of the vegetable-steak mixture.

Divide the cheese among flatbreads. Bake 10 min., until bottoms of crusts are golden brown.
