3 cups rotisserie chicken shredded

2 cups fully cooked white rice

1 (15.5 oz) can black beans or pinto beans

1 (15 oz) container fresh salsa

1 (8 oz) pkg shredded cheese

6 large tortillas

Preheat oven to 325°F

Combine shredded chicken, rice, beans, and salsa in a bowl.

Place portion of mixture in each tortilla, top with cheese, and roll up burrito.

Wrap each burrito in foil and heat in oven until warm, about 15 minutes.
Tips
• Customize with a variety of beans: black, garbanzo, kidney, navy or lentils.
• Swap out chicken with shredded pork.
• Serve with a side of sour cream or guacamole.
• Add chopped cilantro and onion for more flavor.
