Fisher® Baked Brie with Glazed Walnuts & Pomegranate Seeds

> 1 brie round (8 oz)
> 2 tbsp unsalted butter
> 3/4 cup Fisher® Walnut Halves and Pieces, coarsely chopped, OR Fisher® Chopped Walnuts
> 2 tbsp honey
> 1/4 tsp kosher salt
> 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
> 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
> 2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
> Crackers and/or toasted bread (for serving)


Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place brie on parchment-lined rimmed baking pan and lightly scour in a crisscross pattern with a sharp knife. Transfer brie to oven and bake 10 to 14 minutes or until inside of cheese is softened, but outside remains intact.
Meanwhile, in a small nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add Fisher® Walnuts and honey; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until walnuts are light golden brown, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Use a flat spatula to carefully transfer brie to serving platter. Top brie with walnuts, and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and parsley. Serve immediately with crackers, toasted bread, or crostini.
