Five-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse Pie

This easy, make-ahead chocolate and peppermint pie comes together in under 10 minutes and sets in the freezer.

Ingredients

> 2 cups dark chocolate chips
> 1 1/2 cups store-bought applesauce
> 1 tsp peppermint extract
> 1 (6 oz) Keebler® Ready Crust® Chocolate Pie Crust
> 1/4 cup finely crushed candy canes

To a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-sec. intervals, until melted, stirring in between. Stir in the applesauce and peppermint extract. Pour chocolate mixture into prepared piecrust.

Freeze 4–5 hours, until firm. Sprinkle crushed candy canes around rim of cake, pressing gently to adhere. Let sit at room temperature for 10–30 min. to thaw before slicing and serving.
