Ingredients

> 1 (8 oz) wheel Camembert or Brie cheese
> 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
> 1 (14 oz) pkg kielbasa
> 1 (12.3 oz) pkg soft pretzel bites
> 1/2 (10 oz) pkg broccoli florets
> 2 apples
> 1/2 (16 oz) pkg fresh strawberries
> 1 (14 oz) pkg carrot and celery sticks

Steps

1
Preheat oven to 350°F. On a cutting board, place the cheese on its side and carefully slice off the top rind. Add cheese to a small oven-safe skillet, pie dish, or cake pan. Sprinkle the rosemary over cheese. Bake 20–25 min., until cheese starts to bubble.
2
Meanwhile, line a small baking sheet with parchment. Slice the kielbasa into ½-inch-thick slices. Add kielbasa and pretzel bites to prepared baking sheet. Bake 10–12 min., until kielbasa is warmed. Cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces, if needed. Core and slice the apples.
3
Arrange apples, strawberries, broccoli, and carrot and celery sticks on a large board or serving platter. Using a spatula, transfer cheese from pan to center of board. Arrange kielbasa and pretzels around cheese. Serve immediately.
