Frozen Banana-Mango Yogurt Bites

These refreshing, fruity yogurt bites are a family-friendly frozen treat that’s perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

> 1 cup Greek nonfat yogurt
> 1 banana, peeled
> 1 cup fresh mango chunks
> 1 tbsp honey
> 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries


In a blender, purée the yogurt, banana, mango, and honey until smooth.
Arrange 12 cupcake liners on a small plate or cookie sheet. Spoon the mixture into liners. Top with the strawberries. Freeze 2–3 hours, until solid.
