Ingredients

3 cups strawberries

8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 20 min.

3 cups pineapple chunks
>
3 cups watermelon chunks

Heat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat. Slice off the stem end of the strawberry to create a flat top.

On prepared skewers, carefully spear pineapple, watermelon and strawberries, and set in a tray for grilling.

Place the skewers on the barbecue and grill for 5 min., or until grill marks form. Once grill marks form, turn the skewers. Remove when they are seared on all sides. Serve immediately.
