Grilled Brown Sugar–Rubbed Turkey Tenderloins

Ingredients

> 3 tbsp brown sugar
> 1 tbsp sweet paprika
> 2 tsp onion powder
> 2 tsp garlic powder
> 1 (24 oz) pkg turkey breast tenderloins
> 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
> Canola oil, for brushing
> 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Set grill or grill pan to medium-low. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Pat the tenderloins dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the mustard onto tenderloins. Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over tenderloins and rub to evenly coat. Let sit 15 min.

Lightly brush the grates with the oil. Place tenderloins on grill. Cook 30–40 min., until internal temperature of thickest part reaches 165°F, turning every 10 min. Remove turkey from grill. Let rest 10 min., then slice and serve turkey. Garnish with the parsley, if desired.

Serve the turkey tenderloins with potato salad, grilled veg, or on a roll.
