Briny pickle juice balances the sweetness of dried apricots and freshness of chopped herbs for a mouthwatering sauce you can put on just about anything. Try serving it with other grilled options like pork, beef, or even fish.

> 1/4 cup roasted unsalted almonds
> 1/2 cup dried apricots, pits removed
> 1/2 cup chopped parsley
> 2 tbsp chopped tarragon
> 1 tbsp hot sauce
> 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
> 1/2 cup olive oil
> 1 lb Nature's Promise® Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts


Set grill or grill pan to medium-high. To a food processor, add the almonds and apricots. Pulse slowly until finely chopped. Add the parsley, tarragon, hot sauce, and pickle juice. Season with salt and pepper. Pulse again until herbs are finely chopped. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl and whisk in the oil.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Grill 3–4 min. per side, until fully cooked and an instant read thermometer registers 165°F. Transfer chicken to a serving plate and drizzle sauce over chicken. Store remaining sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
