Ingredients

1 mango, peeled, seeded and diced

2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

1 cup sliced green onion (scallions)

Zest and juice from 1 lime

Ground black pepper to taste

1/4 cup sliced or slivered almonds toasted

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
>
1 tsp dried oregano
>
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Combine mango, strawberries, onion, lime juice and zest and gently mix together. Season with black pepper to taste.

To toast almonds, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add almonds and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly browned. Allow almonds to cool and stir into relish.

Sprinkle chicken breasts with oregano and garlic powder and grill over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serve chicken with relish on the side.
