Ingredients

> 1 small zucchini
> 1 (16 oz) pkg Nature's Promise ® 94% Lean Ground Turkey
> 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
> 2 tbsp mayonnaise
> 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
> 1/2 tsp dried oregano
> 1 large red onion
> Canola oil, as needed
> 5 whole-wheat burger buns
> 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
> 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles

To Serve:

> Tomato slices
> Lettuce

Steps

1
Trim the zucchini, then grate on the large holes of a box grater. Transfer to a clean dish towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Transfer zucchini to a large bowl.
2
To the bowl, add the turkey, dill, mayonnaise, lemon zest, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper and mix until just combined. Shape turkey mixture into 5 (½-inch) patties. Freeze 10 min.
3
Set grill or grill pan to medium. Peel the onion and cut into ¾-inch-thick rounds. Brush onion slices with oil and season with salt and pepper.
4
Season turkey burgers on both sides with salt and pepper. Place burgers and onions on the grill. Grill 6–7 min. per side, until turkey burgers are cooked through and onions are charred. Transfer both burgers and onions to a cutting board. Grill the burger buns 1 min. per side, until lightly toasted.
5
In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and feta crumbles. Season with salt and pepper. Add burgers and onions to burger buns. Top with the tomato slices, lettuce, and feta sauce.
