> 4 (6 - 8 oz) cold water lobster tails
> 2 tbsp butter
> 1 tbsp minced garlic
> 2 tbsp soy sauce
> 1 tbsp honey
> 2 tbsp lime juice
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Place the butter, garlic, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice into a microwave-safe container. Microwave on high for 15–20 seconds, or until butter is melted.
Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise using a sharp knife. Brush half of the butter onto the exposed flesh.
Grill lobster tails for 2–3 minutes on each side, basting with additional soy-butter mixture, until flesh is firm and fully cooked.
