> 1 tbsp butter
> 2 tbsp brown sugar
> 1/4 tsp cinnamon
> dash ground cloves
> 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
> 1 fresh pineapple, cored and cut into rings (or 20 oz. can pineapple rings, drained)

Preheat grill or broiler. In a small saucepan, heat the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves and lemon juice until bubbly. Brush both sides of the pineapple rings with the glaze and arrange rings on grill or broiler pan. Grill the pineapple rings over direct heat about 2-3 minutes per side or broil 4-6 inches from heat source. Turn once and brush with glaze. Drizzle any remaining glaze over rings before serving.
