Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

> 1 (12 oz) bag Nature's Promise® Raw Shell-on Shrimp, thawed
> 3 tbsp olive oil
> 1 lemon

Steps

Set a grill to medium-high heat. Thread shrimp onto metal skewers, or bamboo skewers that have been soaked in cold water for at least 30 min.

If using a grill skillet, set shrimp in grill skillet.

Brush shrimp lightly with olive oil and grill for 4 min., flipping halfway, or until shrimp are pink and firm. Serve with sliced lemon.

Tips

Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
