Grilled Vegetable Pasta Salad

This simple side is a great base for all the summer veggies you may have in your fridge.

Ingredients

> 1 (16 oz) box medium shells
> 2 zucchini
> 2 red bell peppers
> 1 medium red onion
> 1/2 cup Nature's Promise® Organic Italian Dressing

Steps

Set grill to medium-high. Cook the pasta according to package directions.

Halve the zucchini lengthwise.

Remove the stem and seeds from bell peppers and cut into quarters.

Cut the onion into wedges.

Grill vegetables 10 min., until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally. Chop vegetables and place in a large bowl. Add the vinaigrette and pasta. Toss to combine.
