3/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup buttermilk

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Remove 1/4 cup of the Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese and set it aside. Then, combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and refrigerate them until you’re ready to serve the dip. When you’re ready to serve it, place the dip in a serving dish and top with the reserved Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese.
