Ingredients

1 1/4 cups self-rising flour, plus more for dusting

1/2 cup Siggi's 4% Whole Milk Plain Yogurt

2 tbsp water

1 clove garlic, minced

3 tbsp olive oil
>
1 1/2 cups KRAFT Signature Mozzarella Blend Shredded Cheese
>
1/2 cup Galbani ® Ricotta, made with whole milk
>
6 fresh basil leaves, torn
>
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Use pulsing action of food processor to process flour and yogurt until combined. Add water; process just until mixture forms dough that pulls away from sides of food processor container.

Remove dough from food processor. Let rest 10 to 15 min.

Turn the mixture out onto a lightly floured work surface and roll into 12-inch round. Transfer to baking sheet dusted with flour.

Combine garlic and oil together in a small bowl. Brush half of oil mixture onto one side of dough.

Heat grill to medium heat. Place oil-covered side of pizza crust directly onto grill grate. Grill, covered, 2 to 3 min. or until crust is crisp and lightly browned, rotating crust occasionally. Brush top of dough with remaining olive oil. Using tongs, flip dough round over.

Top with mozzarella cheese. Grill, covered, an additional 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted. Remove from grill.

Top with dollops of ricotta, basil and crushed red pepper. Cut into wedges to serve.
Tips
Important Note: Watch carefully. It may be necessary to rotate the pizza halfway through the grilling time since the side of the pizza closest to the lit side of the grill may brown more quickly than the other side.
