1 pkg. ( 7 1/4 oz.) Kraft macaroni & cheese dinner

1 pkg. ( 10 oz.) frozen peas

12 slices ( 4 oz.) Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Honey Ham, chopped

1/2 cup Kraft 2% milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese, divided

Prepare macaroni dinner as directed on package, using the Light Prep directions and adding peas to boiling water for last 2 min.; drain. Return macaroni mixture to saucepan.

Stir in ham and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese; cook on medium heat 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Top with the remaining Cheddar cheese.
