1 tbsp fresh rosemary

1 stick (½ cup) butter, softened

Chop parsley, rosemary, and thyme. In a medium bowl, add butter, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mash with a fork until well combined.

Transfer butter to a piece of parchment paper. Roll and shape into a log, twisting the ends to seal. Refrigerate 30 min., until solid. Slice as needed.
