8 oz milk or dark chocolate chips

gold luster dust

Place chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave chocolate chips in 30 sec. intervals, until melted, stirring after each interval.

Spoon 2 tsp melted chocolate into each of 24 mini muffin cups. Tap muffin tin against the counter several times to evenly spread out the chocolate. Refrigerate 30 min., until set.

Turn the muffin tin over onto a cutting board or towel and tap pan, if needed, to release coins. Using a food-safe paint brush, brush both sides of each coin with gold luster dust.
