Ingredients

4 (6- 8 oz) bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts

1 lemon

2 tbsp olive oil
>
1/4 cup honey
>
1 tsp smoked paprika
>
1 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 425F. Place chicken breasts, skin side up in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and season with salt (in moderation) and pepper.

Zest and juice the lemon into a bowl. Add the olive oil, honey, paprika and garlic powder. Whisk until smooth. Pour mixture over top of chicken breasts and place in the oven.

Bake for 20 – 25 min or until internal temp reaches 165 F and juices run clear. Before removing from the oven, set the oven to high broil, and broil the chicken breast until the skin is golden brown; about 1-2 min.

Remove chicken from oven and let rest for 5 min before slicing. Drizzle sliced chicken with juices from pan.
