> 4 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillets
> 2 medium yellow squashes
> 2 tbsp honey
> 1 lemon
> 1 lime
> 1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to high broil and an oven rack 6 inches from the broiler. Line a large baking tray with aluminum foil.
Place the salmon filets on one half of the baking tray. Slice the squash into 3/8 inch rounds and place in a single layer on the other side of the tray.
Zest and juice the lemon and limes into a small bowl. Whisk in the honey and olive oil. Liberally brush mixture over salmon filets and squash. Season both with salt (in moderation) and pepper.
Broil for 7-9 minutes, spinning the tray 180 degrees halfway through , or until salmon is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork, and squash is lightly browned and tender.
