1 (20 oz) pkg butternut squash slices

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp cayenne

Preheat oven to 425 F. Trim any large chunks of squashes into ½ thick slices and place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

Put the butter in a microwave safe container and melt. Add the thyme, garlic powder, cinnamon and cayenne and mix well. Brush onto squash pieces.

Place tray in the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes or until squash is tender and lightly browned.
