Hummus addicts take heart: there’s no reason to relegate your hummus cravings to snack time anymore. Thin store-bought hummus with olive oil and lemon juice to make a creamy, Mediterranean-inspired dressing. Pour over mixed greens for a flavorful salad.

> 3/4 cup hummus
> 3 tbsp lemon juice
> 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
> 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


In a small bowl whisk together hummus, lemon juice and oil until well combined then mix in parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
