Infused Waters

Staying hydrated doesn’t have to be boring! Try these easy flavor combinations to add some excitement to your water and make drinking water fun.

> 8 cups water or coconut water
> 1/2 cup whole or sliced fruit, such as berries, melon, pineapple, or cucumber
> 2 tbsp sliced ginger or herbs, such as mint, basil, or rosemary
> 1/2 cup sliced citrus, such as Kings River Cara Cara Oranges or lemon, lime, or grapefruit


In a large pitcher, combine the water, fruit, ginger or herbs, and citrus. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to infuse flavors. (After 24 hours, remove fruit and citrus, if needed.) Fill glasses with ice. Pour infused water over ice and serve.


Keep a pitcher of infused water in your fridge so you’ll always have some on hand.
