Ingredients

> 2 Kellogg's® Eggo ® Homestyle Waffles
> 2 eggs
> 1/2 cup sausage, cooked, crumbled
> 1 oz tomatoes, diced
> 1 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
> 1 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

To Serve (optional):

> Salsa
> Sliced jalapeño

Steps

Toast Eggo® Waffles.

Scramble eggs, fold in prepared sausage while cooking eggs.

Top toasted waffles with scrambled eggs and sausage, diced tomato, shredded Cheddar cheese and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

Bake in oven until cheese is melted.

Serve with side dish of salsa and garnish with slices of jalapeno.
