2 large ripe avocados

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tsp lime juice

3/4 tsp garlic powder

3/4 tsp chili powder

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment. In a medium bowl, mash avocados with a fork until smooth. Add Parmesan, lime juice, garlic powder, and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.

Place a heaping tsp of avocado mixture on baking sheet, leaving 3 inches between each scoop. Flatten each scoop with the back of a spoon. Bake 30 min., until crisp and golden. Let cool completely.
