Ingredients

1 1/2 cups shredded coleslaw or rainbow slaw mix

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar

1/2 cup mayonnaise
>
Salt, to taste
>
Pepper, to taste
>
Chili powder, to taste
>
1 (12 oz) bag Nature's Promise® Raw Shrimp
>
2 tbsp butter or oil
>
1 tsp chili powder
>
4 Nature's Promise® Corn Tortillas
>
chopped cilantro, for sprinkling as garnish
>
lime wedges
Steps

For slaw: Combine slaw mix, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and chili powder; mix until well-combined. Refrigerate.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and sprinkle with chili powder.

Saute until cooked through, approximately 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

Over low heat, brown tortillas in pan just until warm and soft. Layer tortilla with slaw, shrimp, a sprinkle of cilantro; squeeze a lime wedge over top.
Tips
*For a less creamy slaw, omit mayonnaise.
