1 lb chicken breast cutlets

1 tbsp minced garlic

2 carrots
>
3 green onions

1/2 cups hazelnuts

2 leaves romaine lettuce

2 cups cooked lentils

1/4 cup Nature's Promise® Organic Italian dressing

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the chicken and garlic and season the water with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 min. until chicken is cooked through. Transfer to a plate to cool.

Meanwhile, peel the carrots and slice on a diagonal. Place in a microwave-safe dish with 1 tbsp water, cover, and microwave for 1½ min. until tender. Drain and set aside.

Slice the green onions and coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Chop the lettuce and set aside. Shred the cooked chicken.

Place lentils in a bowl and top with shredded chicken, carrots, lettuce, green onions, and hazelnuts. Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss.
