Light Citrus Soda

Flavored sparkling water is always a refreshing choice. Try adding a squeeze of grapefruit for even more citrus zing.

> 4 oranges
> 1 lemon
> 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
> 12 ice cubes
> 3 cups sparkling water


From the oranges, cut 4 thin slices for garnish. Into a bowl, juice the oranges and the lemon.
Strain to remove all seeds.
Dissolve the sugar in juice. Chill 1 hour.
Divide 12 ice cubes, 4 orange slices and juice among 4 tall glasses. Top up each glass with sparkling water, about 3 cups total.
