8 oz Lightlife ® Soy Tempeh, sliced

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1/2 cup red cabbage, sliced

1 head broccoli, cut into florets

1 tsp sesame seeds

1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce

2 tbsp safflower oil
>
4 cups cooked rice

In a skillet over medium heat add the oil and the tempeh. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side (turning once) until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

Assemble bowls with rice, then top with veggies and tempeh. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.
