Ingredients

> 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
> 1/4 cup mayonnaise
> 1/2 cup chopped parsley
> 1/2 cup chopped basil
> 1 tbsp chopped green onions
> 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
> 1 clove garlic
> 1 tbsp olive oil
> 1 lb lobster meat (about 3 to 4 whole lobsters)
> 1 avocado
> 1/2 cup chopped celery
> 1 (5 oz) pkg spring mix
> 1/4 cup chopped chives

In a food processor, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, basil, green onions, lemon juice, ½ of lemon zest, garlic, and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Pulse until combined and smooth. Season to taste.

Chop lobster meat into bite-size pieces. Pit, peel, and thinly slice avocado. In a large bowl, combine lobster meat, celery, and ¼ cup green goddess dressing. Season with salt and pepper and mix to combine.

On a large platter, arrange spring mix. Top with lobster and avocado slices. Garnish with chopped chives and drizzle with remaining green goddess dressing.
