Ingredients

2 lbs frozen raw peeled, deveined large shrimp, thawed

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp dried thyme
>
1 tsp sweet paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
>
2 tbsp butter, divided
>
1 lemon, halved
>
2 green onions, finely chopped
>
1 baguette, to serve

Pat the shrimp dry. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, thyme, paprika, and cayenne.

Heat a large cast-iron or heavy-duty pan on medium-high, and melt 1 tbsp butter. Add half of the shrimp and sauté 3–4 min., flipping halfway, until shrimp are fully cooked. Transfer shrimp to a large platter. Repeat with remaining 1 tbsp butter and shrimp.

Squeeze a lemon half over shrimp on platter. Garnish with the green onions and remaining lemon wedges. Serve with the baguette.
