Ingredients

> 1 (19 oz) bag frozen cheese tricolor or regular tortellini
> 1 pint cherry tomatoes
> 8 tbsp Nature's Promise® Italian dressing
> 4 (32 oz) mason jars with lids
> 1 (8 oz) pkg mozzarella pearls
> 1/4 cup basil leaves, roughly chopped
> 1 (5 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Baby Spinach

Steps

1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil on high. Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain tortellini and rinse with cold water to cool. Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes.
2
To assemble the jars, add 2 tbsp dressing to each jar. Divide the mozzarella, basil, tortellini, tomatoes, and spinach evenly among jars in that order. Season with salt and pepper. Seal each jar and refrigerate until needed. Before eating, shake the jar to toss the salad.
