Meatball Sandwiches with Red Cabbage Caesar Slaw

Pickles, mustard and relish add a tasty new twist to good old meatball sandwiches.

Ingredients

> 1 (12 oz) package Nature's Promise® Pesto Parmesan Chicken Meatballs
> 2 cups sliced red cabbage
> 2 tbsp Nature's Promise® Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing
> 8 baby dills
> 1/2 cup relish
> 1/2 cup yellow mustard
> 4 hero rolls

Microwave the meatballs according to package directions. Meanwhile, mix the cabbage with the salad dressing. Cut the pickles in half lengthwise. In a small bowl, combine the relish and mustard.

Cut the meatballs in half. Slice the rolls in half horizontally. On the bottom half of each roll, arrange the pickles and meatball halves. Top with the mustard-relish mixture. Serve with the red cabbage salad and any remaining mustard sauce.

Tips

Replace the pickles with 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard mixed with 2 tbsp mayonnaise.
