1 (16 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Boneless Pork Chops

2 tsp Italian seasoning blend

2 tbsp olive oil, divided

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

1/2 (7 oz) pkg Taste of Inspirations® Greek Feta Cheese Salad

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning blend on both sides of pork chops. In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil on medium-high. Add pork chops and cook 3–5 min. per side., until internal temperature is 145°F.

Meanwhile, roughly chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Roughly chop the olives in the Greek feta salad. In a small bowl, combine Greek feta salad, sun-dried tomatoes, and remaining 1 tbsp oil. Transfer pork chops to a plate or platter. Top with sun-dried tomato mixture and serve.
Tips
Make the feta salad yourself by combining ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese, ¼ cup pitted Kalamata and/ or green olives, and 2 tbsp olive oil.
