Ingredients

1/2 small white onion, very finely chopped

6 hot dogs

6 hot dog buns, lightly toasted

1 cup prepared beef chili, heated

3 tbsp spicy brown mustard
Steps

Set grill or grill pan to medium. Soak the onion in cold water at least 10 min.

Meanwhile, grill the hot dogs 6–8 min., until browned, turning occasionally.

Drain onions well and pat dry with paper towels. Place hot dogs in the buns. Top with the chili, onions, and mustard.
