Using a mini cookie scoop, add 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream to each of 8 espresso cups.

Divide espresso or coffee among espresso cups. Top each one with a dollop of whipped cream and a chocolate-covered coffee bean.
Tips
No cookie scoop? Use a heaping tablespoon measure of ice cream per cup.
